What does the role involve?
As an Account Manager for Scotland, you will take ownership of your customer base across the region, proactively developing strong partnerships with key clients. You'll identify new business opportunities, present our client's value proposition, and grow profitable sales by ensuring high levels of service and coverage across our product ranges. With a focus on strategic action planning and long-term account development, you will drive sales and business growth while delivering a top-quality customer experience.

You will benefit from our client's Professional Sales Onboarding Programme - combining hands-on coaching and expert training - to help you hit the ground running.

What you need is:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline

  • Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written)

  • Senior-level relationship management skills, capable of influencing key decision-makers

  • Proven commercial sales success, ideally in the Scottish market

  • Strategic thinking and a structured, disciplined approach to your work

  • Confidence in your ability to drive business independently and deliver outstanding results
