£26,000-£30,000 basic salary + uncapped commission
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Account Manager to support our UK and international recruitment operations. This is a junior, commercially focused role offering structured training and exposure to international clients and candidates as well as the UK market.
The role is well suited to someone early in their career who enjoys working to targets, building relationships, and operating in a fast-paced, professional environment.
This position is open to candidates from:
- Recruitment (junior consultant/resourcer/account executive level)
- Sales or account management
- Structured, target-driven call-centre or customer engagement roles
No prior international recruitment experience is required - full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Support
- Support the management of UK and international client accounts.
- Act as a day-to-day point of contact for clients and candidates.
- Assist senior team members in understanding client requirements and delivering recruitment solutions.
- Maintain professional, responsive communication with stakeholders.
Recruitment Delivery (Training Provided)
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job briefs, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Engage with candidates for international and overseas roles.
- Assist with scheduling interviews, offers, and onboarding processes.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with internal processes.
Commercial & Business Support
- Support business development activity through outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead qualification.
- Help identify opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Contribute to proposals, client updates, and account reviews.
- Learn how recruitment revenue is generated and how accounts are grown.
Systems & Administration
- Maintain accurate records within CRM systems and recruitment trackers.
- Update candidate and client information in a timely manner.
- Produce basic activity and pipeline reports as required.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Experience in recruitment, sales, account management, or a structured call-centre environment.
- Comfortable working to targets, KPIs, and defined processes.
- Strong communication skills and professional telephone manner.
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn and develop within a commercial recruitment role.
- Able to work office-based in Andover.
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Recruitment experience (UK or international).
- Exposure to professional, regulated, or B2B environments.
- Interest in international markets or global business.
- Experience working with CRM or customer management systems.
