Account Manager - New Business & Client Relations

As an Account Manager - New Business & Client Relations, you are responsible for developing new business opportunities while managing and growing existing client relationships. You work according to the ABCD account plan, building and maintaining strong partnerships, expanding the client base, and ensuring long-term satisfaction and profitability.

Your tasks include:

• Working with the ABCD account plan to drive client growth and retention.
• Monitoring KPIs, evaluating opportunities and conducting client assessments.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships and accurate records in MySolution.
• Researching new markets, prospecting and onboarding new clients.
• Preparing tailored proposals, negotiating contracts and agreements.
• Re-engaging former clients, sharing market insights and boosting satisfaction and revenue.

Job Requirements:

• You possess at least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• You are communicatively strong, with an excellent command of both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• You have experience in a similar role in the staffing or related industry.
• You prioritize customer interests while not losing sight of business interests.
• You are a full-fledged sparring partner for both clients and your (sales) colleagues.
• You have a healthy dose of courage and drive.
