Key Responsibilities

1. Acquire new enterprise and public sector accounts.
2. Develop new and existing accounts.
3. Identify new projects and opportunities.
4. Manage relationships at all levels.
5. Deliver product and solution presentations.
6. Handle customer inquiries and visits.
7. Provide accurate forecasting and reporting.
8. Plan and organize events with channel partners.
9. Collaborate with internal resources to ensure customer satisfaction.
10. Design and oversee the annual Business Plan.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of 5 years experience in account management and sales.
2. Knowledge of the security software industry and core customer security processes.
3. Proven account management skills and background.
4. Strong understanding of requirements and solutions.
5. Ability to resolve critical issues swiftly.
6. Established relationships with customers and partners.
7. Advanced degree, preferably in IT.
8. Willingness to travel.
