Why we need this role:

The primary purpose of this role is to drive the success of our Enterprise team by identifying and securing New Logo prospects.

Acquisition is a key focus for Colt's Enterprise Sales division and vital for our future growth.

This role is part of our 'Global Teaming' function, targeting New Logo prospects in EMEA, with the company headquartered in APAC-international collaboration is a strategic growth area for Colt.

What you will do:

The Account Executive for New Logo is responsible for profiling, discovering, engaging, and developing strategic sales plans for New Logo prospects in the Enterprise sector.

  • Profile prospects aligning with Colt's target profile.
  • Understand prospects' business strategies and align Colt's solutions to deliver measurable value.
  • Develop and manage relationships to secure new business.
  • Build relationships with Colt stakeholders in APAC, including Sales Leadership.
  • Develop effective sales strategies for new sales of Colt services and solutions.
  • Implement customer contact strategies for high engagement at all levels.
  • Adopt a proactive, consultative sales approach.
  • Collaborate across Colt to develop solutions supporting customer outcomes.
  • Achieve or surpass personal sales targets for Colt solutions and products.
  • Manage forecasting and pipeline effectively.
What we're looking for:
  • Experience in business development and New Logo sales.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with complex, multi-divisional, international clients.
  • Comfortable presenting and advising at C-level and executive levels.
  • Familiarity with MEDDICC or similar qualification methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills and strategic relationship-building abilities.
  • Negotiation skills and ability to work closely with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of technology and Telecoms sectors with technical aptitude.
  • Decision-making skills based on business and financial principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Potentially strong consultative selling experience from other industries with interest in Telecoms.

Education

Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
