As our Account Manager/Customer Success Manager you will: -

  • Engage with customers: Help both new and existing clients make the most of their GIS software, ensuring they realize its full value.
  • Build relationships: Foster long-term partnerships by understanding client needs and proactively offering solutions.
  • Drive growth: Identify opportunities to expand the use of GIS across customer organizations, contributing to the growth of Esri UK.
  • Be a trusted advisor: Provide expert guidance, collaborating with colleagues to address challenges and deliver solutions.

You would make a great Account Manager/Customer Success Manager if you have

  • Experience: Ideally, you've worked in B2B sales or customer-facing roles. If you have good transferable experience and skills, we will train you to be successful
  • Communication skills: You're a natural at building relationships and can clearly communicate complex ideas.
  • Self-motivated: You're able to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
  • Passion for technology: While previous GIS knowledge isn't required, a genuine interest in technology is key. We'll provide comprehensive training.
  • Customer-centric mindset: You listen to customers, understand their needs, and ensure they are fully supported.
  • Team player - would enjoy working in a supportive, friendly and enthusiastic team
  • We offer a competitive basic salary (starting from at least £28k) plus a generous bonus paying c. 20% per annum
