We have an opportunity for an experienced Account Handler to join our Personal Lines team. Joining a team of over 50 dedicated insurance professionals you will provide excellent service to our new and existing customers. This role with suitable candidates with over 2 years experience in a fast-paced, customer facing insurance role.
What you'll do:- Providing tailored insurance quotations for personal cars, vans, and homes.
- Manager customer policies, renewals, and claims.
- Process documentation and payments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay informed about insurance products and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Work as part of a supportive team, with opportunities for training and development.
- APA or CIP qualified insurance professional
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in an office, customer service, or sales role is an advantage but not essential.
