Are you Tracksuit's new Account Executive?We're in the early stages of our journey and growing rapidly! Our sales team has been smashing targets, and this role offers a unique opportunity to be one of two Account Executives in our UK office, playing a pivotal role in our growth by identifying and securing new business ventures.
You will be encouraged to think creatively, seek growth opportunities, and drive your own sales process with support and empowerment from our team.
Responsibilities:- Growing new business revenue and acquiring new customers (this is a sales role!)
- Managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, including multi-channel outreach & social media
- Delivering engaging product demonstrations tailored to clients' needs through storytelling, case studies, and other materials
- Collaborating with our VP of Sales and the wider team to develop and refine sales strategies and processes
- Leveraging support from our marketing, partnerships, and sales teams to generate leads
- Successful background in quota-carrying roles, preferably in SaaS, martech, advertising, or media sales start-ups
- Goal-oriented with proven results in B2B outbound sales and demos via video conferencing
- Capable and confident in managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Experience in mid-market to enterprise sales
- Genuine, intelligent, and activity-driven
- Enjoy networking, attending events, and being the face of a fast-growing startup in Australasia
- Eager to work with top brand marketers, leaders, and agency partners
- Multilingual skills are a plus but not essential
