This role requires you to leverage your hunting skills to identify, prospect, and acquire new clients within your territory. You will engage with decision-makers to understand their needs, demonstrate our solutions, close deals, and support implementation. Our collaborative team environment includes Marketing, Solutions Engineers, Product Specialists, and your sales leader, providing you with the resources needed for success. A strong drive to succeed financially will be beneficial.

This hybrid role is based at our Hammersmith, UK headquarters, working in-office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

What you'll do:

  • Proactively establish relationships with prospects to generate new business and showcase our risk and compliance solutions.
  • Use prospecting techniques to uncover and nurture new contacts within your territory.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to enhance customer engagement and support the sales process.
  • Coordinate resources to advance sales, maintain customer relationships, and work with Solution Engineers, Product Specialists, Legal, Customer Success, Marketing, and Support teams.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and SaaS demos, illustrating real-world scenarios to decision-makers.
  • Identify customer needs and propose optimal solutions.
  • Develop and prioritize a sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales outcomes.
  • Participate in initial intensive training and ongoing virtual product training to stay informed on industry trends and solutions.
  • Achieve sales targets through effective negotiation and closing skills.

What you'll need:

  • At least 1 year of B2B sales experience; SaaS experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • A passion for learning and adapting in a dynamic industry.
  • Strong prospecting, planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to identify operational issues and suggest improvements.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • A results-driven mindset aligned with NAVEX core values of accountability, customer focus, and trust.

Our side of the deal:

We support your career and financial growth through clear career planning, with a starting salary of £45,000 plus a target variable pay of £45,000 based on performance. Pay progression is performance-based. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package and a commitment to your overall well-being.
