About the team ShowingTime+ is rapidly expanding to become the go-to platform for real estate agents' home selling needs. As part of our dynamic sales team, you'll help drive our growth in the real estate technology space by connecting professionals with innovative solutions. We offer a comprehensive suite of products, including an online scheduling platform, 24/7/365 live appointment services, recruiting tools for brokerages, in-depth analytics, and industry-leading media services that elevate listings through virtual tours and interactive blueprints. As a Customer Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by managing inbound leads, prospecting new clients, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. You'll engage with real estate professionals, present our full suite of solutions, and close sales that help agents and brokerages succeed. This role offers the opportunity to build relationships, represent ShowingTime+ at industry events, and contribute to our mission of transforming the real estate experience.

You Will Get To:

  • Field and qualify inbound leads, present solutions, and close sales across our product suite.

  • Proactively identify and engage prospects through outbound calling campaigns.

  • Conduct online product demonstrations and consultative conversations with real estate professionals.

  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using and related tools.

  • Represent ShowingTime+ at industry events, customer visits, seminars, and trade shows.

  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and drive continuous improvement.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas and performance metrics.

  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to inform product and process enhancements.

What Success Looks Like

  • Complete training and gain a strong understanding of our product suite within the first 2 weeks.

  • Build an initial pipeline and achieve ramp quota within 30 days.

  • Maintain a clean, up-to-date pipeline and demonstrate quota attainment within 60 days.

  • Confidently pitch the full suite of products within 90 days.

  • Achieve quota and deliver effective Zoom demos with a pitch deck within 1 year.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. "Remote" employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role are eligible for incentive compensation and equity awards. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. Who you are
  • Experienced in software, technology, or inside sales, with a track record of closing your own sales (1+ years).

  • Comfortable prospecting by phone and managing a sales pipeline in

  • A professional communicator and presenter, engaging via phone, webinar, and in person.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to self-manage daily activities to achieve sales goals.

  • Tech-savvy, with experience using Salesloft, or similar tools.

  • Collaborative, hard-working, and energized by new challenges.

  • Effective at building relationships and solving customer problems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 1+ years of sales experience, including closing deals independently.

  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to follow up and manage multiple priorities.

  • Positive references from previous sales roles.
