What you can expect

Our Public Sector Enterprise Account Executive generates Zoom service prospects in the UK and central government. You will assist these organisations with a variety of solutions, including video, telephony, contact centre, room system, and online meetings.

Responsibilities

  1. Qualifying opportunities and performing needs assessment
  2. Supporting upskilling of channel partners to help drive pipeline
  3. Creating client presentations, proposals, and coordinating quarterly business reviews
  4. Utilizing solution-selling and value-selling techniques to effectively guide sales processes to close
  5. Developing and maintaining business within existing accounts, managing complex sales situations and sales campaigns
  6. Upselling and leveraging business from new and established customer relationships and accounts
  7. Providing timely and accurate sales activity tracking and status updates using CRM solution
  8. Working strategically with management to deliver accurate forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 6-8 years of related experience
  • Ability to sell into the UK Public Sector, providing enterprise-level support to government organizations
  • Experience selling into Public Sector procurement frameworks and commercial vehicles
  • Proven ability to sell solutions and large complex enterprise licenses to government
  • Experience selling with channel partners
  • Ability to sell UCAAS/CCAAS solutions along with workplace productivity solutions, video, or web collaboration
  • Strong forecasting, account mapping/landscaping, pipeline development, and management skills
  • Experience in ensuring client satisfaction, with a proven track record and reliable team collaboration
  • Experience working with Salesforce
