As a Zoom CX Specialist, you'll help drive growth of our CX Platform, including Contact Center, Virtual Agent, and Workforce Engagement solutions, across the UK and beyond. You'll partner with teams and channel leaders to shape strategy, build pipeline, and close impactful deals. About the TeamThe Zoom sales team is a dynamic force driving the company's success. With a focus on delivering cutting-edge communication solutions for clients across all sectors, the team passionately engages with clients worldwide. Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's global presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration.
What we're looking for- Have at least 2 years of experience in Cloud Contact Center (CCaaS) sales or solution consulting ideally but not essential
- Have an understanding of solution-selling and value-selling methodologies
- Have familiarity with MEDDPICC sales qualification framework
- Be experienced with close plans and joint engagement plans with customers
- Have experience using Salesforce, Clari, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
- Have the ability to travel as needed
