Account Executive - Mid-Market or Small Business

Location: Remote Hybrid Office - London, England

What You'll Do

  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial contact through to close
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with SMEs and C-level decision-makers
  • Develop and execute effective inbound and outbound sales strategies
  • Conduct tailored product demonstrations and deliver compelling pitches
  • Foster long-term customer partnerships focused on sustainable success

Role Focus Areas (based on your experience)

  • Small Business: Fast-paced environment with shorter sales cycles, high autonomy, and flexibility
  • Mid-Market: Strategic sales engagements involving complex decision-making and larger deals

Your Profile

  • Fluent in German and English
  • Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience for Small Business; ideally 3-5 years for Mid-Market
  • Strong track record in deal closure, experienced with CRM tools
  • Familiar with modern sales methodologies such as MEDDIC
