Are you a high-performing SaaS seller who thrives on complex enterprise deals, strategic conversations, and owning the full sales cycle?
Our client is a well-established European HR Technology organisation with global reach, delivering cloud-based payroll, workforce management, and HR solutions across multiple markets. Their technology supports the entire employee lifecycle - from payroll and time tracking to talent and performance management.
They are now hiring a Business Development Manager to drive new logo acquisition across Mid-Market and Large Enterprise accounts.
The OpportunityThis is a true hunter role focused on:
- Winning new SaaS business across payroll and HR technology solutions
- Selling multi-product, recurring revenue platforms
- Managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
- Driving strategic conversations with HR, Finance, and C-suite leaders
You will be selling business-critical SaaS solutions with strong product-market fit in a growing HR Tech space.
What You'll Own- End-to-end new business sales (prospecting discovery demo negotiation close)
- Building and maintaining a high-quality pipeline in Salesforce
- Running structured discovery and value-based conversations
- Positioning consultative, ROI-driven SaaS solutions
- Leading commercial negotiations and contract processes
- Ensuring forecast accuracy and disciplined pipeline governance
- Collaborating with implementation and service teams for seamless onboarding
This is strategic, consultative selling - not transactional volume sales.
What We're Looking For- 1+ years of proven SaaS new business sales experience
- Strong track record of consistent quota achievement
- Experience selling into Mid-Market or Enterprise environments
- Skilled in multi-stakeholder, complex deal cycles
- Strong CRM discipline (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent negotiation and commercial acumen
- Competitive, self-driven, and performance-focused
Experience in HR Tech, Payroll, HCM, Workforce Management or adjacent SaaS sectors is advantageous - but high-performing SaaS hunters from other industries are encouraged to apply.
