My client is a fast-growing provider of a cloud-based QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) management platform. Their solution enables organizations to:

  • Manage issues, audits, documents, CAPA, equipment, e-learning, and surveys in one centralized system
  • Automate version control, notifications, and task assignments
  • Leverage data-driven insights to support continuous improvement

The platform is used across industries such as logistics, manufacturing, food & beverage, healthcare, construction, oil & energy, and consulting-particularly by SMEs and mid-sized enterprises.

Founded in 2016 and based in The Hague, the company operates with a compact, agile team and is currently in a strong growth phase.

About the Role

The client is looking for an ambitious Account Executive to help drive new business growth. This is a 100% new business role where the Account Executive will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle.


Key Responsibilities


  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, with a minimum of 50% self-sourced deals
  • Handle leads provided by BDRs, inbound channels, and marketing
  • Lead sales processes involving 1-4 stakeholders per deal, including quality managers, safety managers, facility managers, and directors
  • Develop clear ROI-driven business cases to support sales proposals
  • Close deals typically ranging from €10K to €50K ARR
  • Although this is a new business-focused role, compensation will also include success in expansion deals


Candidate Profile


  • 2-5 years of experience as an Account Executive, preferably with SaaS sales exposure
  • Strong understanding of a consultative sales approach, including creating urgency and managing multi-stakeholder sales
  • Proven ability to self-source and build a pipeline independently
  • Mid-market sales experience, ideally within similar deal sizes
  • Fluent in Dutch & English


What you would get?


  • A base salary up to 75K a year
  • 15% of every deal you close (much higher than market standards)
