We are Health Unlimited and seeking an ambitious Account Executive to join our Soho, London team.
The Account Executive is a key role supporting all aspects of account delivery. You will become your team's right-hand person, handling tasks from liaising with suppliers and developing status reports to supporting global pitches. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow their career in medical education.
This position is within Rock Unlimited, our Medical Education and Scientific Engagement unit, comprised of scientists delivering high-quality content, training, and education.
Our clients include:
pharmaceuticals, medical devices, consumer health companies, government agencies, medical societies, and advocacy organizations.
Please note: this is a hybrid role requiring one day per week in our Soho office.
Key Responsibilities: Account Responsibilities:- Attend client meetings and prepare contact reports
- Build strong client relationships based on high-quality service and trust
- Prepare project status reports and handle administrative tasks
- Support logistical arrangements and prepare meeting materials
- Understand ABPI code considerations and implications
- Organize events, including on-site support and liaising with experts
- Coordinate with suppliers for printing and production
- Collaborate with editorial, creative, and digital teams to meet client needs
- Reference scientific/medical content accurately
- Manage knowledge databases
- Assist in developing client proposals with support from senior team members
- Conduct research for clients and pitches
- Participate in new business pitches as appropriate
- Support day-to-day account operations
- Ensure account profitability and manage over-servicing
- Track budgets and costs
- Ensure accurate invoicing and reconciliation
- Motivated self-starter with initiative

- Confident team player who handles pressure well
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
