How you'll make an impact

• Responsibility for own financial performance - Lapse, New Business, Growth, Retention
• Implementing, monitoring, and adhering to the Group and Divisional strategic initiatives - e.g., Contact Strategy, Cross Sales Initiative
• Supporting Team Leader/Manager to produce monthly MI on team performance and other ad hoc MI requests
• Day-to-day servicing and growth of own client book, including visits to clients and insurers
• Maintaining high standards of "best practice" within the team
• Helping with technical expertise and team development
• Assimilating clients' and prospects' insurance risks/needs and devising suitable solutions
• Maintaining and developing personal knowledge through Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations
• Ensuring the placement of premium aligns with AJG placement strategy
• Supporting overall Private Division objectives

About You

• Holding or working towards Chartered Insurance Institute Qualifications: Dip CII/ Cert CII
• Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent with strong knowledge of insurance products and services
• Strong understanding of the client market and insurance industry network
• Attention to detail in administration, policy documents, and processes
• Excellent client service focus; the customer always comes first
• Ability to generate and drive new business through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Committed to ongoing industry knowledge and personal development
• Eligible to work in the UK
