We are looking for an Account Director to lead and develop campaigns for our clients. The work is developed for Spain and Portugal, and we are seeking someone with a clear strategic and business vision to help us grow and expand our operations.
️ Your role at Cheil: Account Executive Director (Marketing & Advertising)
️ What will be your challenges and responsibilities at Cheil? What do we expect from you?
- Lead the accounts team and oversee the delivery of assigned client projects, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
- Develop a strong and lasting relationship with clients and ensure their needs and expectations are met at all times.
- Identify and pursue additional business opportunities with existing clients, as well as generating new business opportunities for the company.
- Work closely with the creative and production team to ensure the delivery of innovative and high-quality projects.
- Manage the account budget and ensure project profitability.
️ Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of previous experience in a similar position in an advertising or communication agency.
- Ability to lead teams and manage projects.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to establish strong and lasting relationships with clients.
- Strong ability to think strategically and develop business plans for the company.
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close commercial deals.
- Knowledge of the advertising market and ability to identify new business opportunities.
- High level of English.

Timetable from Monday to Thursday from 09.00-18.15 and Fridays from 09.00-15.00. July and August, we have an intensive working day, Monday to Friday from 8:00 - 15:00.
Hybrid working model.

We are located in Alcobendas and we have a direct bus service, 100% free, with departures from Plaza Castilla, Chamartín and Nuevos Ministerios to our offices.
