Account Director - IT Services
Location: UK Remote
Salary: £70,000-£90,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance
An exciting leadership opportunity has become available for a dynamic and commercially minded individual to take on the role of Head of Key Accounts within a fast-paced, solutions-driven business environment. This position is critical to managing and growing a portfolio of strategic customer relationships across multiple UK sites.
We're looking for someone with strong leadership credentials, a talent for developing high-performing teams, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Strategic Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of Customer Account Managers, driving growth and retention across a broad portfolio of 30+ key clients.
- Customer Advocacy: Champion customer needs within the business to ensure successful outcomes and long-term satisfaction.
- Business Development: Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and lead the design of tailored, forward-thinking solutions.
- Team Development: Coach and mentor team members, encouraging a mindset focused on innovation, collaboration, and opportunity spotting.
- Complex Problem Solving: Deliver expert solutions to clients with diverse and often complex service requirements.
- Internal Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with operational, IT, and business support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Voice of the Customer: Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, gather actionable insight, and feed into long-term business strategy.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee key contracts, negotiations, and commercial performance while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
