Account Director Global

Location: Flexible SaaS Identity & Fraud


£90-95k base with an aggressive uncapped commission


Hybrid - 2 days a week in London office

We're looking for a Strategic Account Director and relationship-builder who knows how to generate 7 figure revenue into tier 1 customers. If you're consultative in your approach, know your way around AML/identity/fraud tech, and love getting stuck into strategic sales conversations - this might be your next move.


What you'll be doing:

Owning some of our biggest gaming accounts across EMEA and the US

Leading the conversation with clients - from strategy down to day-to-day details

Identifying their needs and offering tailored, creative solutions

Selling the value (not just the product) - and helping clients see the bigger impact

Closing deals, negotiating contracts, and working closely with legal teams

Growing revenue, margins, and relationships - basically, making great things happen

Getting out there - attending events, spotting market trends, feeding insights back in

Owning your pipeline and sales plan - and delivering results


What we're looking for:

Someone who's been there and done it - you've grown large accounts and closed big deals

8+ years of strategic B2B sales experience, must be in SaaS

A track record of double-digit growth using a consultative approach

Comfortable working at C-level, commercially savvy, and technically fluent

Hands-on experience in Financial Services, AML, identity or fraud

Strong communicator - written, verbal, and in front of a room

A natural relationship-builder who understands how to grow long-term value

You've worked with gaming customers

You're excited by a fast-moving, collaborative culture

You bring strategic thinking and tactical know-how in equal measure
