What that means day to day

As an Account Director, you will manage our SafeContractor Strategic Accounts, coordinate activities across the client journey, ensure contractual and commercial compliance, and maximize account growth.

  • Customer Focus: Serve as the main contact for the client, coordinate internal teams, participate in client meetings, and promote full integration and adoption of the SafeContractor product.
  • Strategy and Planning: Design and deliver end-to-end solutions for clients, including onboarding and induction, acting as the link between the client and Alcumus.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and forecasts to clients and stakeholders, covering strategic plans, pricing, budgets, and planning.
What you'll need to be successful
  • Experience selling EHS, procurement, supply chain, sustainability, or similar services to heavy industries like energy, chemicals, manufacturing, or construction.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans to meet targets.
  • Experience working with enterprise-level clients.
  • Strong influencing and relationship management skills.
