An innovative print and communications company is looking for an Account Director to be responsible for leading the strategy, delivery and growth of one of their biggest accounts. Building strong client relationships with key marketing stakeholders, you will introduce and deliver new requirements, lead on client projects whilst managing all the associated commercials and maximising contribution. Responsible for the client development plan, you will manage and lead your teams to provide the highest level of client servicing and creativity to ensure the account growth and retention is delivered.
Key responsibilities- A trusted partner to the client in delivering all creative services requirements, across the full marketing channel spectrum
- To be the senior point of contact on a day to day basis for the onsite marketing team, for both ASI and all SLA individual brands. To build strong strategic client relationships at the highest level.
- Understanding and keeping abreast of the client's business, their brand and the industry in which they operate, you will contribute to their success and growth by creating innovative and value adding propositions, showcasing full service propositions and capabilities.
- Confident in client presentations.
- Thorough understanding of your Client's structure and service requirement, ensuring the team are delivering on all contractual SLA's, brand guidelines and that quality standards are being met at all times. Identify areas where improvements and efficiencies can be made.
- Ensure client expectations are being met.
- Advise the most efficient and cost effective way to execute a campaign, being able to challenge a client where necessary but be able to provide solutions and alternative options for consideration.
- Proactively manage all risks and escalate any concerns to your Client Services Director.
- Provide contractual MI, reports and adhoc information upon request.
- With the support of your Account Management team, you will lead the end to end workflow to ensure all client requirements are being met.
- Own the processes and continue to develop best practice.
- Articulate and deliver training to your teams on any business process, using wider business support as necessary.
