Job Description
  • Managing client consultations with confidence over the project timeline
  • Taking the lead on the development of new business proposals and briefs
  • Building and demonstrating strong sector-relevant knowledge for specific client remits and strong understanding of client stakeholder environment
  • Providing proactive and reactive client advice
  • Ensuring best practice across accounts; acting as a gatekeeper ensuring all client-related documentation is accurate and of the highest standard.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Account Director - Built Environment should have:

  • Enthusiastic, approachable and 'can do' attitude
  • Works calmly under pressure, exercising discretion and demonstrating gravitas
  • Articulate and confident presenter
  • Strong interpersonal skills; clear and directive
  • Active networker
  • Excellent organisational skills; good time and project management
  • Happy to work in small team environment
  • Desire and capability to develop and mentor junior colleagues

  • Competitive salary in the range of £50,000-£60,000, depending on experience.
