About the Role:

This role offers unparalleled access to the heart of the crypto and fintech industries. You will work directly with leading companies in the crypto and fintech space, engaging with their leadership teams. Drive and define the role, with the potential to significantly impact Mercuryo's growth and the wider crypto ecosystem. And be at the forefront of industry trends and innovations.

Y ou r Role:
  • Serve as the primary go-to-market (GTM) resource for launching new products and fostering strategic partnerships globally.
  • Lead comprehensive marketing engagement strategies for Mercuryo's top merchant accounts, focusing on high-value clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and pursue high-value clients outside the existing portfolio.
  • Provide strategic direction and briefs to the broader marketing team, ensuring that all product marketing initiatives-including co-marketing projects, joint events, thought leadership, and case studies-are aligned with overall Marketing and PR strategies.
  • Develop and present tailored marketing service proposals to clients, highlighting our unique value propositions in the fintech and crypto landscape.
  • Oversee the execution and delivery of marketing programs, ensuring that client expectations are not only met but exceeded.
  • Monitor campaign performance closely and provide data-driven optimization recommendations to enhance effectiveness.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and communities relevant to our partners and merchants.
  • Create and implement innovative marketing campaigns aimed at increasing revenues and positioning Mercuryo as a leader in crypto and fintech.
  • Track and present marketing campaign results to client teams, showcasing insights and results that demonstrate success.
  • Oversee the Account-Based Marketing (ABM) planning schedule, ensuring a focused approach to client engagement.

What We're Looking For:

  • Extensive experience in crypto, fintech, or other regulated industries is essential.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in marketing, with a strong record of collaborating effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Proven success in launching products and executing go-to-market strategies at scale (e.g., global product launches, regional campaigns with strategic partners, major market entries).
  • Experience working within large or complex organizations that require structured processes and strategic oversight.
  • Strong background in B2B client or partner marketing, with a particular emphasis on building and scaling impactful marketing campaigns in the fintech or crypto sectors.
  • Hands-on experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and co-marketing initiatives.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and leverage insights for marketing optimization.
  • Exceptional storytelling and writing skills across various channels and formats.
  • Proficiency in CRM, email marketing, and automation tools relevant to B2B marketing.
  • A strategic thinker with outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, especially in the context of the fintech and crypto industries.
