OverviewWe are looking for a motivated Accommodation Supervisor to lead and manage our team of accommodation assistants, ensuring our guest accommodation is impeccably maintained and ready to impress.

Responsibilities- Managing and motivating your team of holiday heroes
- Overseeing changeover logistics to ensure accommodations are spotless and ready
- Resolving guest issues to their satisfaction
- Collaborating with other team leaders to deliver a memorable holiday experience
- Supporting during busy periods, including bank holidays
- Experience in team leadership
- Background in housekeeping or similar role
- Friendly, helpful attitude with excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience working at a holiday park
