Salary: Up to £38,000 (Depending on experience)

Job Type: Permanent Contract - 40-hour week

Overview

We are looking for a motivated Accommodation Supervisor to lead and manage our team of accommodation assistants, ensuring our guest accommodation is impeccably maintained and ready to impress.

Responsibilities
  • Managing and motivating your team of holiday heroes
  • Overseeing changeover logistics to ensure accommodations are spotless and ready
  • Resolving guest issues to their satisfaction
  • Collaborating with other team leaders to deliver a memorable holiday experience
  • Supporting during busy periods, including bank holidays
Required Skills and Experience
  • Experience in team leadership
  • Background in housekeeping or similar role
  • Friendly, helpful attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Desirable
  • Experience working at a holiday park
