About the RoleAs Camp Supervisor you will support the smooth running of our on-site accommodation (The Camp). You will lead the day-to-day camp operations, ensuring guests receive an outstanding experience from arrival to departure. You will oversee check-in and check-out days, coordinate cleaning and housekeeping activity, manage stock and third-party suppliers, and support seasonal events across the business.
This is a fixed-term contract opportunity for 40 hours a week.
Key responsibilities- Supervise check-in and check-out days, ensuring smooth operations and team coordination.
- Create and execute daily operational plans, adapting where necessary.
- Manage linen, laundry and other third-party suppliers.
- Lead and develop the Camp and cleaning teams.
- Champion exceptional guest experience and resolve issues proactively.
You are an organised and proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences and motivated to develop your team.
We're looking for- Experience in accommodation, hospitality or operational supervision.
- Strong people management and coaching skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A calm and confident approach under pressure.
- A passion for sustainability, wellbeing and the outdoors.
- Experience in housekeeping / cleaning.
- Clean DBS check (required for safeguarding).
- Experience in hospitality or accommodation management preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH.
