We are seeking to appoint a permanent member of staff to join our friendly and award winning international team based at our Lewes campus.

This exciting role will include:

• coordinating the accommodation service including host families in Lewes and surrounding area, and Caburn House (our on campus residence)
• supporting the administrative functions on the Lewes campus
• providing a welfare service to international students

If you can demonstrate the following then we'd love to hear from you:

• the successful candidate will be well organised with some experience of accommodation or welfare systems
• experience working with overseas students would be an advantage
• candidates are required to have level 2 maths and English and some experience with Microsoft Office.

Closing date: Thursday 30th July 2026 (midday)

Interview date: Monday 17th August 2026

College location: Based at our Lewes campus

Hours: part time, 29.5 hours per week, full year, permanent contract
