Job Description

Salt is excited to collaborate with one of the worlds largest Travel Corporations as they seek to hire a new Accessibility Operations Manager to support their team on an ASAP starting, minimum 6 month contract opportunity.

In this role, you'll oversee and coordinate a multi-team operational workstream to ensure they hit an ambitious, leadership-backed supply target.

This is not a strategy-only role - it's highly operational, execution-driven, and cross-functional.

You'll work across engagement, analytics, photography, legal, and international operations teams to manage a high-volume engagement funnel and drive measurable impact.

Key Role Details:

  • Own and coordinate a large-scale accessibility supply initiative

  • Manage outreach campaigns to thousands of existing customers

  • Oversee a multi-stage operational funnel

  • Monitor dashboards and engagement data to drive smart operational pivots

  • Identify drop-off points and recommend improvements

  • Present progress updates and insights to leadership

  • Support accessibility-focused engagement events (virtual and occasional in-person)

  • Contribute ideas to help scale accessibility efforts beyond the project

Key Skills needed:

You're someone who:

  • Has 3-7+ years of experience in operations, program management, operations, or similar

  • Is extremely organised and comfortable managing multiple moving parts

  • Can independently drive execution across cross-functional teams

  • Is confident working with data to inform decisions

  • Is comfortable presenting updates to stakeholders

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, slightly chaotic (but exciting!) environment

  • Is flexible with time zones and occasional cross-regional collaboration

While not required, we're especially interested in candidates who genuinely connect with this mission.

  • Have experience working in accessibility, disability inclusion, or community engagement/may have lived experience of disability or hold a personal or professional connection to accessibility advocacy

  • Feel comfortable discussing accessibility topics with external stakeholders
