YOUR MISSIONS: Follow up with clients by phone to: - Verify their compliance with treatment - Organize the monthly delivery of nutrition and/or supplies - Transmit, with the client's consent, necessary information for their care to their nutrition reference - Receive incoming calls - Process requests received by email or send to health insurance companies and/or handle refusals from health insurance companies. YOUR PROFILE: • CFC in pharmacy assistance • Proficiency with standard tools • Autonomy and team spirit • Proactivity and knowledge of Swiss German is a plus.
