Overview of role

Data First is MoJ's pioneering data-linking, academic engagement and research programme which is unlocking the potential of administrative data collected across the justice system and beyond. Improve administrative data flows, creating a robust data-linking pipeline through the justice system

Accelerate data-sharing and linking with other government departments

Enhance analytical insights to inform policy and operational decisions
