Looking for your next driving role£ We re recruiting reliable and professional 7.5t Drivers to join one of the UK s most recognised logistics and distribution organisations.
What you'll be doing- Safely operate 7.5t vehicles on planned routes between distribution centres and delivery locations.
- Transport mail, parcels and freight efficiently while meeting delivery schedules.
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects in line with company procedures.
- Load and unload vehicles safely while ensuring the security of all goods.
- Complete delivery paperwork and electronic records accurately.
- Work independently while maintaining excellent communication with the wider operations team.
- Follow all road transport legislation, health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Multiple drops per shift, depending on route assigned.
- Valid UK C1 driving licence.
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
- No more than 5 penalty points and no serious driving endorsements.
- 2 years previous 7.5t driving experience within a logistics or distribution environment.
- Strong understanding of UK road transport legislation and vehicle safety.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Professional, reliable and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
