5-Star Customer Care Advisor (Part-Time)

Majestic Wine Group is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to be the friendly face of Majestic, helping customers with queries, order status, and subscriptions. You will deliver 5-star service, resolve queries on first contact, and support outbound activities to add value to Majestic and customers.

The role requires handling multiple channels, achieving CSAT targets, and operating under our hybrid working policy with office/home balance.
