Job Description

At Piglet in Bed, we're on a mission to become the home of long-lasting, natural comfort. Dreamt up in 2017 from our Founder Jess' Mother's garden shed in West Sussex, Piglet in Bed began with a simple idea: the best homes aren't perfect, they're personal. What started as a small collection of linen bedding has grown to include new fabrics and unmistakably 'Piglet' designs, complemented by our curated selection of sleepwear and homewares. But one thing hasn't changed: our focus on the incredible team who make Piglet happen. As our team grows, we still like to keep the calendar full of socials, competitions, and chances to see each other. Teamwork is at the heart of everything we do, so we're very excited that you're considering joining us!

The Role

As Piglet in Bed's 3PL Manager, you'll own the performance, cost efficiency, and output of our third party logistics partner (Torque), ensuring best in class fulfilment operations aligned to Piglet in Bed's experience and commercial targets. You'll oversee the smooth running of our warehousing, inbound and outbound freight, and fulfilment operations, making sure that our customers receive their Piglet in Bed orders quickly, accurately, and with care. This role is accountable for logistics cost per order, service level performance, and operational scalability as the business grows. You'll be part of a small operations team, working closely with an Operations Associate, collaborating cross functionally with our Product, Customer Experience, and Retail teams to ensure operational excellence from factory to front door.

You will ideally be able to travel regularly between our 3PL operated warehouse near Leeds and our London Head office to ensure oversight on operations as well as connectivity with our head office teams.

Role: 3PL Manager
