Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Ensure customer service is of the highest standards at all times.
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving all store and company sales targets, operations goals, policies and procedures.
  • Maintain excellent visual presentation in your area, consistent with company guidelines.
  • Be an expert in fashion and the latest trends.
  • Assist management in training and developing the team to maximise sales.
  • Support performance management of the team.
  • Manage floor control.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Experience at a similar management level.
  • Ability to be a customer service ambassador.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and lead a team.
  • Consistently present yourself in an immaculate manner that reflects the luxury/fashion forward brand.
