Responsibilities:
- Onsite and remote support for client networks and infrastructure
- Implementing and troubleshooting Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and networking technologies
- Managing Active Directory, Group Policy, and Hyper-V environments
- Configuring and administering networking solutions (Meraki, Draytek, Sophos)
- Delivering projects across the UK (travel required)
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience as a Technical Engineer or similar IT support role
- Right to live & work in the UK and ability to travel nationwide
- A full UK driving licence (essential for travel to client sites)
- Microsoft Certified Professional qualification
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
In-depth knowledge of:
- Windows Server 2012+ & Windows Desktop 10+
- Active Directory & Group Policy
- Microsoft 365 & SharePoint Online administration
- Hyper-V setup & management
- Networking fundamentals (DNS, Routing, Switching, Firewalls)
- Experience with Meraki, Draytek, or Sophos firewalls
