Responsibilities:

  • Onsite and remote support for client networks and infrastructure
  • Implementing and troubleshooting Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and networking technologies
  • Managing Active Directory, Group Policy, and Hyper-V environments
  • Configuring and administering networking solutions (Meraki, Draytek, Sophos)
  • Delivering projects across the UK (travel required)

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' experience as a Technical Engineer or similar IT support role
  • Right to live & work in the UK and ability to travel nationwide
  • A full UK driving licence (essential for travel to client sites)
  • Microsoft Certified Professional qualification
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset

In-depth knowledge of:

  • Windows Server 2012+ & Windows Desktop 10+
  • Active Directory & Group Policy
  • Microsoft 365 & SharePoint Online administration
  • Hyper-V setup & management
  • Networking fundamentals (DNS, Routing, Switching, Firewalls)
  • Experience with Meraki, Draytek, or Sophos firewalls
