Provide financial leadership across a portfolio of charitable trusts, supporting sound decision making and responsible stewardship of resources.

The Peak, 5 Wilton Road, London SW1V 1AP (3 4 days per week in the office)

About the role

We are recruiting two Senior Finance Partners into a collaborative, purpose driven finance team supporting a portfolio of charitable trusts. Each postholder will take full ownership of a portfolio of trusts end to end, acting as the primary finance contact for trustees and executives, and building trusted, long term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reporting for trustees and executives.
• Manage cashflow and support grant funding decisions.
• Contribute to governance, risk and compliance activities.
• Provide clear, accessible investment performance reporting.
• Embed robust processes and improve data quality across the finance function.
• Lead and mentor colleagues, promoting best practice and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Commercially grounded finance professional with strong technical fundamentals.
• Proven experience in financial reporting and cashflow management.
• Strong, hands on Excel skills and disciplined, detail oriented approach.
• Ability to engage and influence a diverse stakeholder group, translating complex financial information into clear insight.
• Proactive, curious, with an accountability mindset and willingness to support colleagues.
• Experience in a corporate or commercial environment; charity or investment experience helpful but not essential.
• Alignment with values of transparency, collaboration and impact.
