The RoleAs a 2nd/3rd Line IT Support Engineer, you'll play a key role in delivering IT projects, handling escalations, and ensuring smooth service delivery for a range of customers. You'll manage and deliver Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, perform on site and remote support, and contribute to improving systems, documentation, and customer experience. This is a varied and hands on role that combines project delivery with high level technical support.

They offer a fantastic environment for engineers who want to make a real impact. The position is primarily remote with some work from their Oxford office, and client site visits as required.
What's Required?- Solid experience in 2nd or 3rd Line IT Support, ideally within an MSP environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server technologies alongside networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls)
- The ability to deliver projects and manage customer change requests
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions focused mindset
- A valid UK driving licence and right to work in the UK are essential.
