Job Title: Deployment Engineer (2nd Line)

Location:On-site, London

Day Rate:£150-£200 per day (inside ir35)

Contract Duration:3-months

Start Date:ASAP

Working Pattern:Monday to Friday, 5 days on-site

Overview:

We are seeking aDeployment Engineerwith strong2nd line desktop support experienceto join a project team delivering large-scale hardware deployments across the London office.

This is ahands-on, on-site rolefocused primarily on device rollout tasks, with some support responsibilities where required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy and configureWindows laptops, desktops, mobile devices, label printers, and standard printers
• Perform hardware swaps, upgrades, imaging, and user setup
• Support mobile device setup and configuration (iOS/Android)
• Liaise with users during deployments to ensure smooth transition
• Provideoccasional 2nd line supportas needed across hardware and end-user services
• Maintain accurate records of deployment and asset tracking

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Solid experience in a2nd line desktop support or deployment engineer role
• Strong hands-on experience deploying Windows 10/11 devices
• Experience withlabel printers, laptops, and mobile device rollouts
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage deployment tasks efficiently
• Must be eligible to work in the UK and operate inside IR35
