24/7 CareCall Customer Service Coordinator

Provide CIC is seeking a part-time Sessional Worker to join Workforce Solutions as a Customer Service Co-Ordinator in London. The role supports the 24/7 Carecall247 service, coordinating referrals and ensuring accurate scheduling and communication to relevant teams.

The post requires excellent organisational ability, strong communication skills, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. On-site shifts are 09:00-17:00, Monday-Friday, with no remote work.
