Role Overview: Provide an effective and efficient business support and administration service to the Royal Edinburgh and Associated Services Assurance and Improvement team.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer a full range of high standard administrative support, acting as the first point of contact for enquires.
  • Administer incident investigation activities and manage Datix records.
  • Respond or refer on enquiries as appropriate.
