Account Executive

Join our journey to shape the future of Source-2-Pay at Proactis NL.

Proactis is a leading Source-to-Pay software solution provider for mid-market organisations across a range of service-led industries. We are looking for an NL based Account Executive for New Business to drive growth and build strategic partnerships.

The role is pivotal in unlocking the potential for the NL-region and delivering automation for the CFO's office. Through customer-centric selling you lead prospects and customers through the buying process.

You'll engage with prospective customers across our region, helping them reimagine the way they control spend, manage contracts, unlock supplier value and drive efficiency across Purchase-2-Pay processes.

The Role:
  1. Prospecting, building pipeline, and selling Proactis cloud-based S2P solutions.
  2. Establishing yourself as a trusted advisor, addressing prospect concerns and objections.
  3. Manage the full sales pipeline and cycle from initial contact to contract signature.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets, maintain accurate sales records and contribute to revenue growth.
About You:
  1. 4+ years of B2B sales or business development experience.
  2. Strong customer-facing skills and presence, to build credibility at C-level.
  3. Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders (Finance, Procurement, IT).
  4. Experience with SaaS or technology solutions preferred.
  5. Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  6. Self-motivated with good organisational and problem-solving skills.
  7. Native Dutch speaker and fluent in English.
