Supporting community based offenders in achieving rehabilitation and public safety. The role is part time and offers a chance to build a career within the Probation Service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessment of offenders on probation before and after sentence.
• Implement sentence requirements and manage offender progress.
• Produce reports and provide case management support to offenders.
• Apply service procedures and professional judgment to support offenders' reintegration.

Qualifications & Skills

• Empathetic, patient, and organised with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Valid right to work in the United Kingdom.
