MCS Group is delighted to be working with a global name on their search for a Workday Extend Developer to join them on a permanent basis.

Hybrid - 1 day in office - Dublin

The Role
  • Design, build and test Workday custom applications, ensuring quality and performance from concept through to deployment.
  • Lead discovery and design workshops, creatively implementing client requirements using Workday Extend, Prism, and integrations.
  • Help refine development approaches and build team capability.
  • Produce technical designs that are consistent, maintainable, and efficient.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into simple, clear language for clients.
  • Bring curiosity and innovation to solve complex business challenges.
The Person
  • Experience with custom application development platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of web service technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) and security/authentication methods (OAuth, JWT, SAML, etc.).
  • Background in technical consulting, requirements gathering, or solution design.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-solver with a passion for delivering excellent client service.
  • Experience in Platform-as-a-Service or custom web application implementations.
