Interim Finance Business Partner - Belfast City Centre

Seeking an interim Finance Business Partner role with a multi-award-winning social enterprise based in Belfast?

As a Finance Business Partner, you will support various departments across the organization and act as a strategic advisor to facilitate data-driven decisions. Your responsibilities include partnering with department heads for financial planning and analysis, delivering actionable insights, supporting business development, monitoring financial performance, and hosting monthly/quarterly finance reviews.

1. Qualified or part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 5 years relevant accounting experience.
3. Full driving license and access to a car.
4. Experience dealing with external funding bodies and administering grant funding claims.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
6. Working knowledge of accounting systems and software.
7. Proven initiative and proactive approach to improving systems and processes.
8. Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to prioritize workload effectively.
