Location & Duration

Location: Alexandra Road / Tampines

Duration: 12 months contract

Working Hours: 9AM to 6.30PM Monday to Thursday, and 9AM to 5.30PM Friday with 1 Hour meal break

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing administrative and admin support to management teams or product areas, specializing in providing administrative and secretarial support for a department or group of individuals.

Responsibilities may include meeting coordination, supplies and equipment ordering, assistant coordination, payroll for staff eligible for overtime, and overtime reports.

  • Process Customer / Account Maintenance requests for Individual Customers
  • Complete all data maintenance requests with accuracy and within the agreed Service Level Agreement
  • Other admin and ad hoc backend projects or duties, as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Minimum higher Nitec / Diploma in any field
  • No training required, on job training provided
