12 Month Fixed Term Contract Programme/Senior Project Manager/Business Analys- Madrid, Spain

My client, an insurance organisation in Madrid, Spain has a requirement for a Senior Project Manager/Business Analyst to work on a project delivery to replacing Legacy technology and payment gateways, and work on a high-priority, business-critical transformation project. There is a good chance of renewal after the initial 12 Months period.

This is a highly business critical role and you must have strong stakeholder management and delivery experience, as well as have exceptional skills to deal with C-Suite and senior level management.

You must be fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English language.

This role will suit a strong Business Analyst professional with good project management capability as well as

• Strong BA and project management capability
• Insurance industry experience would be highly advantageous
• Needs to be senior enough to 'hold their own' with stakeholders
• Comfortable reporting upwards to group-level leadership
• Able to manage across the full project spectrum/end-to-end delivery
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills essential

Language & Culture:

• Majority of day-to-day work conducted in Spanish
• English required for reporting back to UK stakeholders
• Exposure to Spanish office culture/team environment highlighted as a positive aspect of the role
