GSL Education are seeking a compassionate and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant (SEN) to support an individual pupil in an outstanding primary school in LYMINGTON. The Role - 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant (Lymington)As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil with additional needs (SEN)
- Support learning, behaviour, and emotional development
- Implement tailored strategies set by the SENCO and external professionals
- Build a strong, consistent relationship to improve engagement and outcomes
- Assist with behaviour management and pastoral support
- Work closely with teachers and the SEN team
- Experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, SEN TA, or Support Worker (desirable)
- Candidates from care, residential, support work, or youth work backgrounds encouraged to apply

- Passion for SEN education and supporting children with additional needs
