1:1 Teaching AssistantLocation: Walsall WS2Day Rate: £105 - 115Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)Start Date: ASAPContract: Long-Term, Temp to PermAre you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with Autism? We are seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a primary-aged pupil with Autism, helping them thrive both academically and socially in a nurturing school environment.Responsibilities:

• Provide consistent 1:1 support for a pupil with ASD
• Adapt learning materials to suit individual needs
• Support communication, emotional regulation, and social interaction
• Implement strategies from EHCP targets
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO
• Encourage independence and confidence

What We're Looking For:

• Experience supporting children with ASD in a school setting
• Strong understanding of SEN strategies and behaviour support
• Calm, patient, and proactive approach
• Ability to build positive, trusting relationships
• Relevant qualifications (Level 2/3 TA or equivalent) desirable
