Milk education are recruiting for a mainstream primary school in Liverpool. The staff team is committed to creating a nurturing, structured and aspirational environment where every young person can thrive.
We are seeking a strong academic Learning Support Assistant to join our team and support the delivery of high quality learning across the school.
This role combines focused 1:1 academic support alongside general classroom responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 Maths support to a Year 3 pupil on Mondays and Fridays
- Work as a general classroom TA across various subjects for the remainder of the week
- Build positive, supportive relationships with pupils
- Assist teachers in delivering learning activities
- Support pupils with emotional regulation and behavior
- Differentiate and adapt learning support to meet individual needs
We are looking for someone who is:
- Resilient, patient and nurturing
- Passionate about supporting pupils with SEMH / SEN needs
- A strong communicator and effective team player
