Job Description

We have a requirement for a VoIP administrator

Must have 2 years experience of working for an MSP/ISP

Familiar with VoIP technology.

Permanent position. 27k - 28k after 6mths

100% office based, Beckenham area no WFH in this instance.

This is quite a bespoke role and full training would be provided if you do not have some of the experience.

At least 3 years in an administrative role, 2 years in an IT/ISP environment.

Excellent problem solving and communication skills (email and telephone)

Exceptional customer service skills and telephone manner.

IT qualification in-line with work experience.

Must be able to undertake a process-driven workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative VoIP telephony tasks: number porting, 3CX licensing, familiarity with wholesale rate cards.

Managing our VoIP licensing and DDI database.

Ordering handsets with our 3rd party suppliers.

Onboarding and offboarding of customers business telephone numbers.

Creating new customers in Xero.

Provide user assistance as required.

Documenting process and procedures in detail.

Creating monthly invoices in Xero with customised phone reports as requested by the business.

Other general office admin duties, answering the phone, passing on messages within the team, keeping the general office flow cohesive.
